繪畫曾經對我來說是創作的起點，是一個有關思考的過程，也是一個將意念視覺化的過程。然而，多年來使用電腦創作漫畫，令我更感受到繪畫更像是一個系統，一個由工具和法則互相配合的圖像生產機器。

Drawing used to be the starting point of my creation, the process of thinking and the visualization of concepts. However, after years of using computer as the main tool to draw comics, I start to believe that drawing is more like an image-generation system governed by the interaction between tools and rules.
